The Cast and Crew Screening held last Friday night at the Palace Barracks Cinemas was a great success. While the lead up to it was nerve-wracking for me, after the screening I felt a great sense of relief. Everyone seemed to enjoy the evening, but more importantly, the film itself.
A big thank you must go to Genevieve Kelly and all the staff at the Palace Barracks Cinemas for hosting the event. They took the stress off an already stressed mind and made sure everything ran smoothly.
Another big thank you must go to Andrew Robertson and the team at Worldwide Online Printing Spring Hill for providing the retractable banners for the event. I’d also like to thank them for their ongoing support in promoting “Gus”.
One last big thank you goes to all who attended the event. Your support over the years has made the production possible and your presence on the night made it one I will never forget. I tried to catch up with everyone, but I know I missed a few, so I hope to make up for that in the coming weeks.
For those who couldn’t make it and can’t wait to see “Gus” at a festival, send me an email and I might be able to organise something.
Until next time... keep creating!
